Procurement Of Medical Slide Storage And Printing Equipment Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of medical equipment comprising an imported slide storage cabinet, slide printer with scanner and Bio Sealer Desktop Heavy Duty. The estimated tender amount is PKR 10,470,450 and bid security is required at 2% of the estimated amount. Eligible vendors and firms must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments or authorities and registered on the Punjab E-Procurement System. Bids shall be processed under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure and submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System. E-bids must be submitted by 31 August 2026 at 11:00 AM and opened at 11:30 AM on the same day. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 20 August 2026 at 03:00 PM in the Conference Room of the Supply Chain Department, Tower-A. Bid security must be submitted electronically through the prescribed Punjab e-Procurement procedure. Hard copies are not required. Bid validity is 180 days from the date of opening. Delivery terms are C.I.F/DDP-PKLI Lahore as per the bidding documents.
