Auction of university cafeteria and related commercial outlets on annual rent basis at Fatimah Jinnah Campus and Imam Bibi Campus. At Fatimah Jinnah Campus, Lot 1 covers Cafeteria and Fresh Juice Shop with estimated annual rental value of Rs. 1.5 million and 5% bid security of Rs. 0.075 million, while Lot 2 covers Photocopier, Stationery and General Store with estimated annual rental value of Rs. 0.7 million and 5% bid security of Rs. 0.035 million. At Imam Bibi Campus, Lot 1 covers Cafeteria and Fresh Juice Shop with estimated annual rental value of Rs. 3 million and 5% bid security of Rs. 0.15 million, while Lot 2 covers Photocopier, Stationery and General Store with estimated annual rental value of Rs. 0.8 million and 5% bid security of Rs. 0.04 million. Individual entrepreneurs, business persons or firms registered with FBR are eligible. Bids must be accompanied by CDR in favour of the Treasurer.
