Auction of university facilities on annual rent basis at Fatimah Jinnah Campus and Imam Bibi Campus, comprising cafeteria and fresh juice shop facilities and photocopier, stationery and general store facilities. The estimated annual rental values excluding tax are Rs.1.5 million for the Fatimah Jinnah Campus cafeteria and fresh juice shop, Rs.0.7 million for its photocopier, stationery and general store, Rs.3 million for the Imam Bibi Campus cafeteria and fresh juice shop, and Rs.0.8 million for its photocopier, stationery and general store. Bid security is 5% of the annual estimated rental value, amounting respectively to Rs.0.075 million, Rs.0.035 million, Rs.0.15 million and Rs.0.04 million. Eligible individual entrepreneurs, business persons or firms must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue. Bids must be submitted with CDR in favour of the Treasurer and will be opened in the presence of bidders' representatives.
