Procurement Of Projectors And Smart Interactive Leds Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of IT equipment through bulk and lot-wise e-bidding comprising Lot-1 Projectors with bid security of Rs.73,500 and Lot-2 Smart Interactive LEDs with bid security of Rs.187,500. Eligible firms must be registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments or authorities including Income Tax Sales Tax and or Punjab Sales Tax, have active taxpayer profiles and adequate experience. Bids shall be processed under Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bid security must be submitted through Bank of Punjab online in accordance with the prescribed Punjab e-Procurement procedure. The original affidavit confirming non-blacklisting, tax certificates showing active status and Professional Tax Certificate must also be submitted physically before the closing deadline.
