Procurement Of Hospital Medical Equipment Tender Notice
Description
Procurement on F.O.R. basis for Financial Year 2026-27 comprising semi-automated chemistry analyzer - instrument set for general paediatric surgery - ultrasonic dissector - sigmoidoscope - nerve stimulator - diathermy machine - suction machine. Estimated costs are 1 million for the semi-automated chemistry analyzer, 6 million for the instrument set, 2.4 million for the ultrasonic dissector, 1 million for the sigmoidoscope, 0.6 million for the nerve stimulator, 4.2 million for the diathermy machine and 0.8 million for the suction machine. Bids shall be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System. The procurement shall use the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Financial offers shall include all applicable taxes and conditional or tax-exclusive offers shall be rejected. Bidders shall submit technical and financial proposals in PDF format, and bid security of 2% of total estimated cost shall be submitted electronically through Punjab e-Procurement. Physical CDR or bank guarantee shall not be accepted. Bids submitted in the wrong lot or containing corrupt, unreadable or virus-infected records shall be rejected. Proposals shall be opened electronically in the presence of bidders or authorized representatives.
