Hospital Waste Disposal And Medical Equipment Maintenance Tender Notice

Description

Procurement of hospital services and maintenance requirements by the Federal Government Polyclinic (PGMI), Islamabad, for financial year 2026-27, with contracts extendable until finalisation of new contracts. The notice lists five procurements: outsourcing of disposal and incineration services for infectious waste and sharps; repair, servicing and maintenance of electro-medical equipment; repair, maintenance and servicing of air conditioners, refrigerators, dispensers and related equipment; purchase of medical gases; and prequalification of workshops for repair, maintenance and servicing of hospital vehicles. For tenders 1 through 4, bidding will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure using the Least Cost Based Selection technique. For the fifth requirement, prequalification will proceed under an open framework of agreement. Bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 by 10:00 AM on 24 October 2026 and will be opened on the same date at 10:30 AM. Manual bids will not be entertained. Bid security must be provided in the form of a pay order or call deposit receipt in the name of the Executive Director, Federal Government Polyclinic. Participants must upload copies of undertakings on judicial paper and the pay order or CDR with their bids; original judicial papers and original security instruments must also be delivered to the hospital by the scheduled opening date and time. Bidding documents containing detailed specifications, terms and requirements are available through EPADS v2.0. The Executive Director reserves the right to accept or reject tenders in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules.
