Framework Contract For Drugs Medicines And Surgical Supplies Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for procurement of drugs, medicines, medical devices, surgical dressings, auto disable and reuse prevention syringes and related medical supplies for the financial year 2026-27 under the second tender. The estimated cost is Rs. 849.32 million and bid security is 2% of the estimated price of each quoted item or lot, payable through the digital system using 1-Bill and PSID through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Eligible bidders include manufacturers, sole agents and sole importers of foreign principals engaged in trading and registered with relevant registration and tax authorities. Bidding shall follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. E-bids must be submitted electronically by 09:00 AM on 15.10.2026 and opened at 09:30 AM the same day.
