Description

Purchase of drugs and medicines, surgical and disposable items under a framework contract for bulk local purchase during FY 2026-27, in accordance with the formulary for health facilities and field activities performed under CEO and DHO (PS) offices. Supplies shall be delivered free of cost to the consignee end by pharmacies registered for GST, Income Tax, PRA and Punjab e-Procurement System. Bidders must quote the entire total quantity and partial quantity bids will be rejected. Bidding documents containing specifications, terms, conditions and quantities are available without fee through the PPRA and Punjab e-Procurement System websites. Bidding shall use the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Documents must be properly page marked, arranged according to the evaluation criteria and signed by the authorized person. The successful bidder must furnish a 2% performance guarantee electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System, and physical CDR or Bank Guarantee will not be accepted for this purpose. Supply is required within 14 days from the work order and a 2% penalty per month applies for late delivery. Bid security of 2% of the total estimated price or cost of quoted items must be submitted electronically through the prescribed Punjab e-Procurement mechanism and physical financial instruments will not be accepted. The procurement covers pharmaceutical drugs, medicines, surgical disposables, medical supplies, bulk local purchase, formulary medicines, healthcare facility supplies and electronically procured pharmaceutical items for health facilities and field activities.
