Procurement Of Medical And Laboratory Equipment Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of different medical and laboratory equipment with an estimated cost of Rs. 41.00 million. Sealed electronic technical and financial bids are invited from firms registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments or authorities, while joint ventures and consortiums are not allowed. The procurement shall be carried out item wise through the Punjab E-Procurement System using the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended. Bid validity is 120 days. Incomplete, conditional bids and bids without the specified bid security will be rejected. Bid security is 2% of the total estimated cost and must be submitted through the digital banking facility of the Punjab E-Procurement System by generating a PSID and depositing the required amount through prescribed banking channels, followed by uploading the bid security with the technical bid. The bid security will be returned to unsuccessful bidders after completion of the procurement process and signing of the contract with the successful bidder. The procurement covers medical equipment and laboratory equipment, including item-wise supplies evaluated through technical and financial bids, with electronic bid security, statutory registration and tax compliance requirements.
