Framework contract for Local Purchase of Medicines and Medical Devices on a day-to-day basis for financial year 2026-27, with estimated procurement cost of Rs.15,000,000 and bid security of 1% amounting to Rs.150,000. Eligible bidders must hold a valid Pharmacy Form-9 licence issued by the competent authority and be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Procurement shall be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended. Bid security of 1% of estimated procurement value must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System; physical CDR, Pay Order or Bank Guarantee will not be accepted. E-bids must be submitted online by 16 October 2026 at 11:00 AM and opened at 11:30 AM on the same date in the office of the Medical Superintendent, THQ Hospital Kot Addu.
