Supply of complete uniform kits, jerseys and shoes for boys and girls for the Govt. Institute for Slow Learners, Bhakkar for financial year 2026-27. The estimated procurement cost is Rs.3,000,000 and bid security is 5% amounting to Rs.150,000. Bids are invited from financially sound firms or contractors registered with PPRA, Punjab e-Procurement System, Punjab Revenue Authority and Federal Board of Revenue for Income Tax and Sales Tax and eligible as uniform or general order suppliers. E-bids comprising technical and financial proposals inclusive of all taxes must be submitted through Punjab e-Procurement by 16 October 2026 at 9:00 AM and opened at 9:30 AM on the same date. Bidding shall follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under PPRA Rules 2014 and Punjab Electronic Procurement Regulations 2024. Bid security shall be deposited through 1Link or online bank transfer against generated PSID and original CDR or bid security must be submitted by the closing time. Successful bidders must provide 10% performance guarantee through online transfer before contract award. Two complete uniform kits as samples, including boys and girls uniforms, jerseys and shoes, are mandatory with the technical bid for testing and evaluation. Successful bidder shall take students sizes within 10 working days after grievance period and supply the uniform items within 30 days of supply order. Bid validity is 180 days.
