Procurement of two civil works schemes: Rehabilitation of Main Street No. 4 at Shah Faiz Park, Municipal Committee Burewala, with an estimated cost of Rs.2,250,000 and bid security of Rs.112,500; and Construction of Sullage Carrier and Culvert at Basti Langriyal, Burewala, with an estimated cost of Rs.1,362,000 and bid security of Rs.68,100. E-bids are invited from contractors, firms, manufacturers and authorized dealers registered with the e-PADS registration system, FBR, PRA, PPRA for e-procurement and Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category. Bid security is 5% of the estimated price and must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-procurement system; physical bid security instruments are not acceptable. E-bids must be uploaded as PDF files through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 19 October 2026 at 10:30 AM. The notice states that bids will be opened on 19 October 2026 at 1:30 AM. Single Stage Single Envelope bidding procedure shall be adopted and submission of an encrypted electronic file shall constitute submission in an envelope. Conditional tenders shall not be accepted and quoted rates and amounts must be entered both in figures and words. Corrupt, unreadable or virus-containing electronic bids shall be rejected. If the closing date falls within an official holiday, the next working day shall be the submission date. Where the total tendered amount is equal to or less than 5% of the approved estimated DNIT amount, the lowest bidder shall deposit performance security from a scheduled bank within 15 days of issuance of notice or within the bid validity period, whichever is earlier. Bid validity is 120 days.
