Purchase Of Recycled Plastic Composite Manhole Covers Tender Notice
Description
Purchase of RPC manhole cover sets manufactured with 100% recycled plastic composite material in black and grey color with WASA monogram engraved for WASA Lahore. Bids are invited from manufacturers authorized dealers and suppliers registered with Punjab e-Procurement System, PBR and PRA having active filer NTN and PNTN. Single Stage Two Envelopes bidding procedure shall be adopted. Bids must be submitted through Punjab e-Procurement System and technical bids will be opened through the system. Digital bid security is 3% of estimated cost amounting to Rs. 1,465,560 in favor of WASA Lahore and must be verifiable on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Only technically responsive bidders will qualify for opening of financial bids. Corrupt unreadable or virus-containing submissions will be rejected. Bids must be uploaded as PDF files and shall comply with PPRA Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. Bidder rates must be quoted against each DNIT/BOQ item, filled in figures and words, and tenders must be signed according to the tender documents. Bid validity is 120 days and the estimated cost is Rs. 48,852,000.
