Description
Supply of RPC and RCC manhole covers and frames and supply of RCC manhole covers at different areas of WASA Gujranwala. Interested firms contractors and bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council, FBR and PRA with active filer NTN and PNTN and must also be registered on Punjab e-procurement system for Financial Year 2026-27. Tender documents shall be obtained through Punjab e-procurement system and e-bids must be uploaded through the system; manual bids are not acceptable. Bids shall be submitted on item rates basis and only bids submitted through Punjab e-procurement system shall be considered. Digital bid security or e-bid security of 5% of estimated cost shall be verifiable on the Punjab e-procurement system in favor of Deputy Director Engineering-IV/Store. A valid PEC license must also be submitted to the PMU office G.T Road Zone-IV Peoples Colony WASA Gujranwala before the closing time, otherwise the bid will be rejected. Corrupt fake unreadable or virus-containing submissions may be rejected under Regulation-8(4) of PPRA Regulations 2024. Applicable government taxes shall be paid by the contractor. Bid validity is 60 days. The estimated cost is Rs. 27.057 million, earnest money is 5% and the time limit is one month.
