Description
Provision, supply and serving of refreshments during History by Night Tours at Lahore Fort for a period of nine months from October 2026 to June 2027. The package per participant includes hot tea or juice, cake, sandwich, two cream puffs, two ketchup sachets, disposable cup, packing box and tissue paper. Estimated attendance is 1,200 participants per week, 4,800 per month and 43,200 over nine months, with actual quantity determined according to tour attendance. Eligible catering firms must be legally registered in Pakistan, have valid registration, NTN and PRA registration, active taxpayer status, valid food business or catering licence, minimum 03 years relevant catering experience, adequate facilities, trained staff and capacity, and must not be blacklisted. Bid security is as specified in the bidding documents. Bidding is through the Punjab Government e-Procurement System under PPRA Rules. The notice gives 20 October 2026 at 11:00 AM for submission and 1:00 PM for opening, while it also contains a separate reference to uploading by 03 October 2026 at 11:00 AM.
