Automated PCR Extraction and Amplification System on Reagent Rental Basis 3rd Time for Peshawar Institute of Cardiology, Medical Teaching Institute. Bid security/earnest money is PKR 100,000. Bids are invited through EPADS from eligible bidders registered with FBR for Income Tax and Sales Tax, reflected on the FBR Active Tax Payer List and registered with EPADS. Bid security/earnest money must be submitted from a scheduled bank of Pakistan in favour of the Hospital Director, Peshawar Institute of Cardiology. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 08 October 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Manager Material Management office, 1st Floor, OPD Building, PIC-MTI. Bids must be uploaded on EPADS by 19 October 2026 at 10:30 AM and will be opened at 11:00 AM the same day. Scanned bid security must accompany the electronic bid and the original CDR/bid security must reach the Manager Material Management office by the closing date and time, failing which the bid will be rejected.
