Shariah Compliant Banking Transformation Consultancy Tender Notice

Export-Import Bank of Pakistan invites bids through EPADS for Procurement of Consultancy Services for Shariah-Compliant Transformation of Pak EXIM Banking Operations under Ref. No. EXIM/PROC/OPS-16/2026. Eligible reputable companies and firms must be registered with tax and relevant authorities; local bidders must be registered with FBR for Sales and Income Tax and appear on the Active Taxpayer List. Joint ventures are not allowed. Bidding documents containing terms and conditions, procurement method, bid submission procedure, bid security or declaration, bid validity, opening, evaluation, clarification, rejection and performance guarantee requirements are available free of cost through the bank website and EPADS 2.0. Clarifications may be requested until 09 October 2026. Bids must be submitted through EPADS 2.0 by 20 October 2026 at 11:00 AM and will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day; manual bids are not accepted.
