Medical Equipment Framework Contract Tender Notice
Description
Framework Contract for supply of Medical Equipments, Instruments, Machinery, Office Furniture and Others for the scheme Provision of Equipment for up gradation of BHU (MNHC) Rehmatabad into RHC Level Health Facility (Maryam Nawaz Hospital), for FY 2026-2027, on FOR/free delivery at consignee end basis. Sealed Technical and Financial bids are invited from Manufacturers and Sole Agents of foreign manufacturers. Procurement will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System under Single Stage-Two Envelopes procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. Bids must be submitted through Punjab e-Procurement System by 11:00 AM on 22 October 2026 and will be opened at 11:30 AM the same day. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost of quoted items is to be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System using PSID and deposited through prescribed banking channels in favour of the Chief Executive Officer Health & Population Department District Health Authority Rawalpindi, with the bid security uploaded and attached with the Technical Bid.
