Outsourcing Infectious Waste And Sharps Disposal Services Tender Notice
Description
Re-tender for outsourcing services for disposal and incineration of infectious waste and sharps for financial year 2026-27, extendable until finalization of a new contract. Procurement will use the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure with Least Cost Based Selection technique. Bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form specified in the bidding documents, including Pay Order or Call Deposit Receipt in the name of the Executive Director, Federal Government Polyclinic. Bidders must upload required undertakings and security documents on EPADS and submit the original judicial papers and Pay Order or CDR to the hospital before or on the scheduled bid-opening date. E-bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 by 10:00 AM on 24 October 2026 and opened at 10:30 AM on the same date. Manual submission is not permitted.
