Framework contract for purchase of Beta Thalassaemia reorder pack, 500 Test Kit for Variant-II Hemoglobin HPLC based Testing System and Controls for fiscal year 2026-27. Estimated cost is Rs.14.147 million and bid security is 2% of the estimated cost of each item. Registered firms with relevant authorities and tax departments having established technical, managerial and financial capabilities are eligible. Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 applies. Original bid security must be submitted before the e-bid submission deadline, while complete authenticated e-bids must be uploaded as PDF through Punjab e-Procurement System. Original CDR, Pay Order or Demand Draft from a scheduled bank is required before opening. The procuring agency may increase quantities up to 15% under applicable rules.
