Supply of summer and winter uniform items for approximately 201 enrolled students at Government Special Education Centre Taxila, Rawalpindi, for financial year 2026-27. Eligible and financially sound firms or contractors must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System, Punjab Revenue Authority and Federal Board of Revenue for income tax and sales tax and operate as general order suppliers. Bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement Portal by 11:00 AM on 26 October 2026 and will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same date. The procurement follows the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure under Rule 38(a) of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. Bidding documents containing requirements, specifications, terms and conditions are available free of cost through the PPRA and e-Procurement websites.
