Supply Of Winter And Summer Uniform Kits Tender Notice
Description
Provision of uniform items for special students for winter and summer seasons for Financial Year 2026-27. The procurement has an estimated cost of PKR 2,000,000, comprising Winter Uniform Kit Lot No. 01 with an estimated cost of Rs.800,000 and bid security of Rs.16,000, and Summer Uniform Kit Lot No. 02 with an estimated cost of Rs.1,200,000 and bid security of Rs.24,000. Bids are invited from firms registered for Income Tax and Sales Tax and must be submitted electronically through the E-Procurement System. The procurement will follow Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Bid Security is 2% of estimated procurement cost. The successful bidder must deposit Performance Guarantee of 10% of contract amount and sign a contract agreement before issuance of the supply order. Quoted rates must be in Pakistani Rupees inclusive of applicable taxes.
