Prequalification Of Pharmaceutical Suppliers For Medicines Tender Notice

Federal Government Polyclinic (PGMI), Islamabad invites applications for prequalification of pharmaceutical manufacturing units, marketing authorisation holders, importers, indenters acting as sole agents, and authorised distributors for bulk procurement of drugs and medicines for financial year 2026-27, extendable as specified in the procurement documents. Applicants must be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments, appear on the Federal Board of Revenue Active Taxpayer List, and hold the relevant licences issued by the competent authorities. Submission of prequalification documents through PPRA EPADS Version 1 is mandatory. Applications and supporting documents must be submitted by 10:00 AM on 24 October 2026. Applications will be opened at 10:30 AM on the same date at Federal Government Polyclinic, Islamabad. Only firms duly prequalified for the closed framework agreement will subsequently be invited to submit proposals or bids under the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure. The invitation for subsequent bidding will be communicated to prequalified firms through the methods described in the notice, including the e-procurement system and registered post where applicable. Applicants should consult the complete prequalification documents on EPADS Version 1 and comply with all eligibility, licensing and documentary requirements. The Executive Director reserves the right to accept or reject bids under the applicable procurement rules.
