Procurement of summer and winter uniform kits and shoes for approximately 51 boys and 17 girls enrolled at the special education centre for visually handicapped children in Jhelum, with an estimated budget of PKR 1,000,000 and bid security of PKR 50,000 representing 5% of the estimated cost. Eligible firms must be registered for sales tax - income tax - professional tax and electronic procurement. Bids must be submitted online through E-PADS by 28 October 2026 at 11:00 AM. Technical bids will open on 28 October 2026 at 11:30 AM in the presence of the procurement committee. Bid security must be furnished in favour of the Deputy Director, Government Rohtas Special Education Centre for VHC, Jhelum. Bidders must upload attested income tax and sales tax registration documents, and rates must include all taxes. Firms must not be blacklisted by PPRA or the procuring agency. The successful bidder must furnish a bank guarantee equal to 10% of the contract amount before issuance of the supply order.
