Supply of uniform kits for 305 special students, comprising 180 boys and 125 girls, at Government Special Education Centre, Hafizabad for financial year 2026-27, on a free-delivery-to-consignee basis. Eligible firms must be registered for GST, Income Tax, Punjab Revenue Authority and the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bidders must quote for the entire required quantity; partial-quantity bids will be rejected. Bidding follows the Single Stage Two Envelopes procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bidding documents containing specifications, quantities and conditions are available free of charge through the PPRA website and Punjab e-Procurement System. Bid security equal to 5% of the estimated procurement cost, amounting to PKR 9,000,000, must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System. The successful bidder must furnish an electronic performance guarantee equal to 5% of the contract amount. Delivery must be completed within 15 days of the work order, with a penalty of 2% per month for late delivery. Bids must be submitted electronically by 1:30 PM on 2026-11-04 and will open at 2:00 PM on the same date. Documents must be properly paginated, arranged according to the evaluation criteria and signed by an authorized person. If the opening date is a public holiday or non-working day, the next official working day will apply.
