Procure RTV room temperature vulcanizing coating material for transmission line maintenance operations including supply of required quantities as per specifications - bidding will be conducted through EPADS using single stage two envelope procedure with electronic submission only - bids must be submitted by 11:00 hours and will be opened at 11:30 hours on same day - bidders must be registered with tax authorities and on active taxpayers list and provide bid security in form of CDR or pay order submitted in original before deadline - bidders must not be blacklisted and must comply with PPRA rules Pro Tip Ensure timely electronic submission and original bid security delivery to avoid disqualification
