Construction of new VR bridge at RD 51+000 of Gharial Drain under item rate basis including all civil works with estimated cost of 80.881 million PKR and bid security of 5 percent amounting to 4.045 million PKR - bids to be submitted electronically through EPADS using single stage single envelope procedure - bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council under CE-04 code and registered with PPRA and Punjab Revenue Authority - bid security in form of bank guarantee or call deposit must be uploaded and original submitted before deadline - bids will be opened at 12:30 PM in presence of bidders - performance guarantee of 10 percent required from successful bidder - incomplete conditional or manual bids will not be accepted and bidders must provide complete BOQs and rate analysis Pro Tip Ensure proper upload of bid security and complete BOQ entries to avoid rejection
