Construction Of Bridge At Gharial Drain Rd 51000 Tender Notice
Description
Procurement includes construction of new VR bridge at RD 51+000 of Gharial Drain including all civil works structural components foundation works superstructure and associated engineering works as per approved drawings DNIT and PWD specifications under 2nd Bi Annual Market Rate System. Bidding shall be conducted through single stage single envelope procedure via EPADS under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 on item rate basis requiring complete BOQ entries. Eligible bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council having CE-04 code and registered with PPRA PRA and must submit required documents including professional tax CNIC and registration certificates. Bid security equal to 5 percent of estimated cost amounting to Rs 4.045 million must be submitted in the form of CDR or bank guarantee and uploaded with bid and original submitted before opening time otherwise bid will be rejected. Bids must be submitted electronically before deadline and will be opened in presence of tender opening committee. Successful bidder must provide performance guarantee equal to 10 percent of contract amount and execute agreement within 15 days and follow approved construction schedule and quality standards with testing requirements. Procuring agency reserves right to reject any or all bids under PPRA rules.
