Prequalification For Maintenance And Repair Works Framework Tender Notice
Description
Prequalification process for procurement of maintenance and repair works through framework agreement including selection of eligible applicants firms contractors or service providers for execution of maintenance and repair assignments under a structured framework agreement. Applicants must submit complete prequalification applications with supporting documents through e-PADS system only and applications submitted via email courier or by hand will not be accepted. The process will follow Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 ensuring transparent evaluation and only prequalified applicants will be invited later through request for proposals for bidding stage. Estimated cost of assignment is PKR 151 million inclusive of taxes with expected contract duration of six months extendable upon mutual consent. Clarifications may be sought within specified time before submission deadline. Procuring agency reserves the right to accept reject or annul the process at any stage without assigning reason.
