Procure restoration works including J head spur restoration inverted hockey stud restoration and apron restoration at multiple locations of flood bund damaged during flood 2025 ensuring infrastructure rehabilitation - bidding will be conducted through single stage single envelope procedure using EPADS with item rate basis under PPRA rules - bidders must be PEC registered and submit electronic bids with 5 percent bid security in form of CDR or bank guarantee along with original submission before deadline and compliance with BOQ item wise rates mandatory - bids will be opened on same day in presence of bidders representatives with performance guarantee of 10 percent required from successful bidder and strict rejection for incomplete or non responsive bids - Pro Tip: ensure complete BOQ filling and timely submission of original bid security to remain eligible for evaluation
