Hiring of Call Center Services for PLRA including provision of complete call center operations under single stage two envelope procedure through EPADS portal with mandatory registration of bidders and submission of bid security in the form of bank guarantee CDR or bank draft amounting to PKR 3000000 against estimated cost of PKR 82.5 million with contract duration of three years and requirement of submission of original bid security before closing time along with electronic bid submission and compliance with PPRA Rules 2014 including rejection of manual conditional telegraphic or postal bids
