Leasing Of Commercial Sites For Petrol Pump Development Tender Notice
Description
Lease multiple commercial sites for development of petrol pumps and allied facilities including land parcels across divisions with requirements of annual rent and one time non refundable commitment fee quoted separately for each site along with provision for mobilization and long term lease period. Procurement shall follow single stage two envelope procedure requiring submission of sealed bids including technical and financial proposals with bid security in form of CDR or bank draft and bids evaluated based on offered rent and commitment fee benchmarks. Pre bid meeting date and bid opening time are specified and bidders must submit complete documents and security before opening. Pro Tip: Quote competitive annual rent and commitment fee for each site individually as evaluation is site specific.
