Renovation and allied civil electrical works along with provision of furniture and fixtures to improve internal design at GTTI Quaid e Azam Business Park Sheikhupura including complete BOQ based execution - procurement through e PADs under single stage two envelope procedure with separate technical and financial bids - bidders must be PEC registered category C5 or above with relevant specialization codes and active registration with FBR PRA and EPADS - submission requires item wise rates complete BOQ filling signed stamped documents and bid security equal to 2 percent of estimated cost in form of CDR bank draft pay order or cashier cheque with original submission before deadline - performance guarantee 10 percent applicable under PPRA Rules 2014 Pro Tip Ensure PEC category compliance and submission of original bid security to avoid rejection
