Hire event management firm for organizing conferences and seminars under framework contract including complete event planning coordination and execution services - bidding conducted through EPADS under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 - bidders must be registered with relevant authorities and submit electronic bids with 2 percent bid security in acceptable financial instruments - bids must be submitted before deadline and opened electronically in presence of bidders - incomplete or late submissions will not be accepted Pro Tip Submit complete bid with required bid security and ensure compliance with registration requirements
