Construction of PCC Street Drain Retaining Wall and Culverts at various VCs in jurisdiction of TMA Miryan District Bannu under ADP Scheme No. 251263 2025-26 titled Accelerated Sustainable Development Initiative for District Bannu with estimated cost PKR 25.0 Million and bid security PKR 0.5 Million - Procurement shall be conducted through EPADS using Single Stage Single Envelope Procedure from Government contractors registered with PEC and enlisted with C and W Department under Centralized Enlistment Policy Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa - Bid solicitation documents may be downloaded from EPADS and KP-PPRA websites - Scan copy of bid security in favor of TMO TMA Miryan must be uploaded and original bid security delivered through registered mail or courier before closing time - Electronic bids must be submitted by 25-05-2026 at 12:00 PM and bids shall be opened on same day at 12:30 PM - Rates may be quoted above below or at par with Engineer Estimates - Detailed rate analysis is mandatory for bids more than 20 percent below estimate - Bids shall remain valid for 90 days - False or incomplete information shall result in disqualification and blacklisting under KPPRA Act and Rules - Work order shall be issued subject to availability of funds.
