Replacement Sewer Pipeline Works Pakpattan Tender Notice
Description
Replacement of sewer pipe lines at Zone A and Zone C under Water and Sanitation Agency Pakpattan through PPRA E-Tendering System. Engineering firms and contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in relevant category and registered on Punjab E-PADS website may participate. Estimated project cost is Rs.2.591 million with earnest money amounting to Rs.0.130 million in form of CDR in favor of Director Finance WASA Pakpattan. Contractors must submit original CDR in sealed envelope before bid submission deadline. Electronic bids shall be uploaded through E-PADS before 21.05.2026 at 12:00 PM and opened on same day at 12:30 PM by Tender Opening Committee. Completion period for the work is 20 days. Procurement shall be governed under PPRA Rules 2014 amended and bidders are required to quote item wise rates instead of percentage basis. Additional performance security shall apply for bids quoted 5 percent below sanctioned estimate. Pro Tip: Contractors should upload signed PDF bids with item wise DNIT rates and ensure original CDR submission before opening time.
