Punjab Energy Efficiency and Conservation Agency invites bids for hiring services for organizing events on energy efficiency and conservation in Punjab under Single Stage Single Envelope procedure through EPADS. Interested firms companies and sole proprietors must upload technical and financial proposals separately along with scanned CDR equal to 2% of estimated amount in favor of Managing Director PEECA. Original CDR must be submitted in hard form before closing time. Procurement will be conducted under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 amended.
