Procurement Medicines Surgical Dressings Medical Devices Tender Notice
Description
Framework contracts and vendor registrations for bulk purchase of drugs medicines medical devices surgical dressings disposables implants and local purchase items for financial year 2026-27 including petty quotation LPQ and local purchase on day to day basis LPDD through online systems. Technical and financial bids inclusive of taxes shall be submitted through E-PADS. Bid security of 2% of estimated quoted products is required for bulk procurement while refundable CDR of Rs. 50,000 is required for vendor registrations. Original bid security documents must be submitted before bid opening. Bids shall be opened at 11:00 AM on the same day. Procurement shall follow Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and Health Department guidelines. Vendors within 15 KM radius from hospital boundary may participate for local procurement categories. Pro Tip: Suppliers should carefully upload signed and stamped technical and financial proposals with valid tax registration certificates to maintain compliance.
