Description
Annual framework contract for procurement of furniture articles for financial year 2025-2026 up to 30-06-2026 through E-PADS. District and Sessions Judge Gujrat invites e-bids from reputed firms distributors dealers and suppliers registered with Sales Tax Income Tax Professional Tax and Punjab Sales Tax departments in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Estimated tender amount is PKR 3,283,000 with refundable bid security amount of PKR 164,150 equal to 5% of estimated cost. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Single Envelope procedure under Rule 38(1). E-bids must be submitted electronically by 04-06-2026 at 09:00 AM and shall be opened same day at 10:00 AM. Original CDR must be deposited one day before submission deadline in Accounts Branch of District Courts Gujrat. Successful bidder shall provide 10% performance guarantee and one year warranty with free replacement and maintenance. Delivery period shall be within 45 days after issuance of supply order. Procuring authority reserves right to reject bids under Rule 35.
