Description
Hiring of vehicles on monthly rental basis for Irrigation Department South Punjab Bahawalpur during financial year 2026-27 extendable for further three months under PPRA Rules 2014 amended. Registered companies firms and suppliers shall submit technical and financial bids through e-PADS using Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Bid submission deadline is 16-06-2026 till 10:00 AM and opening shall be conducted same day at 10:30 AM. Bid security equal to 2% of total estimated bid value in shape of Bank Draft Pay Order or CDR is mandatory in favour of Section Officer General Admin Irrigation Department South Punjab Bahawalpur. Bid validity shall remain for 120 days.
