Establishment Of Public Park Facility Tender Notice
Description
Establishment of park facility at Village Khair Pur Khooni under District Council Nankana Sahib through E-PADS Single Stage Single Envelope procurement procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Contractors registered for financial year 2025-26 on E-PADS and possessing valid Pakistan Engineering Council license in relevant category may participate. Estimated project cost is PKR 4 million with earnest money requirement of PKR 200,000 equal to 5% of estimated cost. Electronic bids shall be submitted through E-PADS by 05-06-2026 till 10:00 AM and opened same day at 11:00 AM in office of District Council Nankana Sahib. Original CDR or Pay Order must be submitted before deadline otherwise bid shall be treated as non-responsive. Completion time for project is 45 days from issuance of work order. Pro Tip Short Paragraph: Contractors should clearly mention item-wise rates and grand total because incomplete BOQs or percentage-based quotations may be excluded from evaluation process.
