Description
Procurement of 50 units of desktop computers of reputed international brands through Single Stage Two Envelope procedure using EPADS - Bids are invited from well reputed tax registered companies and firms - Bid security amounting to PKR 350000 in shape of Pay Order or Bank Guarantee in favor of Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority is mandatory - Scanned copy of bid security must be uploaded electronically through EPADS while original bid security in sealed envelope must be submitted before deadline - Technical bids shall be opened through EPADS in presence of procurement committee and bidder representatives - Procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject bids in accordance with PPRA Rules - Pro Tip Short Paragraph: Computer hardware suppliers should ensure EPADS compliance and timely submission of original bid security for responsive participation.
