Prequalification For Local Purchase Of Medicines Tender Notice
Description
Prequalification of firms for local purchase of all types of local and imported medicines on day to day basis for healthcare operations through PPRA 2014 prequalification bidding procedure. Electronic bids are invited from pharmacies registered with income tax and sales tax authorities. Bidding documents with detailed specifications are available free of cost through PKLI website and EPADS portals. E-bids must be submitted online and hard copies are not required except original bid security in form of CDR Bank Guarantee Demand Draft or Pay Order amounting to Rs. 200000 which must be submitted physically before office closing hours on bid opening date. Bid validity shall remain 180 days from opening date. Procuring process including receiving opening and awarding shall be governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. Pro Tip: Submit physical bid security within office hours on opening date because failure to provide original security will result in direct rejection.
