Procurement Of Desktop Computers Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of desktop computers including tower all in one and mini PCs for District Education Authority Khanewal through E-PADS under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure for financial years 2025-26 and 2026-27. Income tax sales tax and E-PADS registered firms are eligible to participate. Procurement includes supply of 220 desktop computer units with estimated total cost of Rs. 53,599,700 and bid security amounting to Rs. 1,071,994 equal to 2 percent of estimated value in shape of CDR Bank Guarantee Demand Draft or Pay Order. Technical and financial proposals are required to be uploaded on E-PADS while original bid security must be submitted before closing time. Successful bidders shall furnish 5 percent performance guarantee before supply. Taxes transportation quality assurance and inspection requirements shall be applicable under PPRA Rules 2014. Approved rates shall remain valid up to 31-12-2026.
