Description
Maintenance and repair works for Admin Block in District Jail Mandi Bahauddin through Punjab Building Department E-Tendering System. Eligible engineering firms and contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council and Punjab PPRA portal may participate. Estimated project cost is Rs.2.996 million with earnest money amounting to Rs.149,800 equal to 5 percent of estimated cost. Contractors are required to upload scanned copy of Call Deposit Receipt in favour of Executive Engineer Buildings Division Mandi Bahauddin and submit original CDR before opening of bids. Successful bidder shall furnish 10 percent performance security within 15 days under PPRA Rules 2014. Completion timeline extends up to 30.06.2026.
