Supply Of Food Items For Prison Facilities Tender Notice
Description
Framework procurement of food and edible items for financial year 2026-2027 for prison facilities including Rawalpindi and Adiala Jail establishments. Procurement covers bulk supply of various food commodities, vegetables, grocery items, meat and other consumable items as specified in the bidding documents and schedules. Eligible contractors, firms and companies must be registered with PPRA and EPADS and upload technical and financial proposals through the e-procurement system. Bidders must possess relevant experience and submit required documents within the prescribed timeline. Procurement shall be conducted through E-Procurement under applicable procurement rules. Original call deposit receipt (CDR) from a scheduled bank is mandatory and scanned copies must be uploaded with bids. Incomplete, illegible or non-compliant bids shall be rejected. Contractors with poor past performance, quality issues or pending cases are not eligible. E-bids shall be submitted online and opened electronically.
