Supply Of Medicines Surgical And Disposable Items Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for local purchase of medicines surgical items and disposable items for day to day and Zakat requirements for the year 2026-27. Procurement includes medicines from local manufacturers multinational manufacturers and disposable surgical items with bidders required to quote discount rates on maximum retail prices fixed by DRAP. Open competitive bidding under single stage two envelope procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 shall be followed. E-bids must be submitted through EPADS along with 2% bid security valid for 90 days in the form of Bank Draft Bank Guarantee CDR Demand Draft Pay Order or Banker's Cheque. Original bid security must be submitted physically before bid submission deadline. Brands supplied must comply with Punjab Medicine Formulary 2022. NTN Sales Tax registration certificate and valid renewed Form-9 retail drug sale license are mandatory. Taxes will be deducted as per government rules and bids will be opened online in the presence of committee members and bidders representatives.
