Construction Of Toilet Block At Bus Stand Tender Notice
Description
Construction of toilet block at Larri Adda under Municipal Committee Burewala through PPRA E-Tendering System on item rate basis. Procurement is open to engineering firms and contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in relevant category and registered on Punjab PPRA EPADS portal for financial year 2025-2026. Single stage single envelope bidding procedure shall be adopted. Contractors must upload earnest money in the form of CDR amounting to 5% of estimated cost and submit original CDR physically before opening of bids otherwise bidder shall be disqualified. Item wise rates must be quoted completely in DNIT BOQs and rate analysis forms otherwise bids shall be considered non responsive. Procuring agency reserves the right to reject bids under PPRA Rule 35 and fake documents or CDRs shall result in blacklisting and reporting to PPRA and PEC. Pro Tip: Contractors submitting fully completed BOQs with valid PEC registration and original CDR before deadline can improve bid acceptance in municipal construction procurement.
