Revamping Healthcare Facilities And Midwifery School Tender Notice

Revamping and up gradation works for leftover secondary healthcare facilities at Tehsil Head Quarter Hospital Kalabagh Tehsil Essa Khel District Mianwali and establishment of school for midwifery at DHDCs and selected THQ Hospital Mianwali through PPRA E-Tendering System on item rate basis. Procurement is open to engineering firms and contractors having valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration in relevant categories and registered on Punjab PPRA EPADS portal. Contractors must upload scanned copy of 5% CDR from scheduled bank in favor of Executive Engineer Buildings Division Mianwali and submit original CDR physically before bid opening otherwise bids shall be treated as non responsive. Performance guarantee amounting to 10% of contract value shall be required from successful bidder within 15 days. Item wise rates and complete BOQs with rate analysis must be filled according to PPRA circular otherwise bids shall be rejected. Grievance Redressal Committee has been constituted and procurement shall follow PPRA Rules 2014. Pro Tip: Contractors submitting complete readable BOQs with valid PEC credentials and original bid securities can improve qualification in healthcare infrastructure procurement.
