Construction Of Midwifery School Facilities Tender Notice
Description
Establishment and construction of a School for Midwifery at DHDCs and selected THQ Hospitals including one facility at THQ Hospital Kharian. Procurement shall be conducted through PPRA E-Tendering System on item rate basis. Eligible engineering firms and contractors must possess valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration and Punjab EPADS registration. Earnest money equal to 5% of the estimated cost shall be submitted through Call Deposit Receipt in favor of the Executive Engineer Buildings Division Gujrat. Bidders must quote item-wise rates and complete all BOQ, rate analysis and summary documents. Successful bidder shall furnish a 10% performance guarantee within 15 days. Bid opening shall be conducted in the presence of the Tender Opening Committee. Pro Tip: Ensure original CDR and complete financial documentation are submitted before the prescribed opening time.
